Frankly speaking, I am not very good at trading - I am a beginner. I have been trading with EXANTE for half a year only. I chose this broker because my friend had recommend it. In general the broker is OK. I had no problems or troubles with it. Exante support team is always ready to help and explain everything you want to know. I have experienced excellent support, narrow spreads, and since moving to a live account, I have only experienced slippage on my very first live trade, but I believe it was due to a connection problem at my end. Very happy so far, after 1 week live, and 2+ months demo trading.

I have been a customer with Exante since October 2015. My deposits worth more than $750,000, of course there were loses&gains, but those were 100% from my way of trading, AND NOT FROM THEFT!!!! Deposits were in my accounts the minutes they receive a copy of the money transfer, then in few days, the bonus goes into my account when they get the real money. Withdrawls took from 3-5 days, maybe seven when it's between a weekends. Whenever there is a problem, it's quickly solved by a phone call or an email. Four of my friends did open accounts with them since.

Exante has very good customer care. I had a problem few days ago and I rang the customer service center. The person I spoke to explained everything with patience to me. The issue was resolved quickly.

Brokers generally have some training so if you do not have experience/time to make sound decisions they are great. I would worry more about finding a talented brokers than worrying about getting "ripped off". Sometimes brokers underperform and then the fees they charge can take away for possible earnings. At the same time a lot of young investors make normal mistakes and lose money also. I would see what the fee is to trade with Exante and compare it to a broker fee.

I am very happy cooperating with Exante, I Had experience working with other brokers since 2011, but this one is the best. The online platform is excellent, I can work with any device. 100k+ financial instruments - the choice is huge. Not the high Commission.
